Hello AMS!
Here’s the briefing information for the Runway Cycling Event on 21 June.
1.Reporting Time
Students bringing own bikes : BY 6.30 AM
Students renting bike : 6.45 AM
Reporting Place: Block 23 – Lobby H – Level 1
For those bringing own bikes, we will not transport your bikes if you miss the cut-off time.You may want to consider riding your bike to TP on 20 June from 8.00pm onwards, we will be in school to store your bikes for you. Please call 96412502 when you reach TP.
For those renting bikes, buses will leave at 7.00am. Afterwhich, you have to find your own way to PLAB.
2. Estimated end time
1.00 pm at TP
You may leave from PLAB itself, but please inform either Merishah, Hazirah or Daniel before leaving. For those renting bikes, you must return the bikes to Merishah, Hazirah or Daniel before leaving.
3.The club has agreed to subsidise partially for the rental cost of bikes.
Prices for bike rental :
Single Bike – $13
Tandem(2 rider) Bike – $15
4. Wake up call service
If you would like us to wake you up, kindly SMS your name & time you wish to wake up to 81124195. We will call you till your phone goes mad.
5. Returning of Personal Bikes at TPTo be fair to all, we will transport and return your personal bikes according to the order in which you deposited your bikes (on 21 June morning or 20 June night).
6. A Runway Tutorial will be conducted by the lecturers, specially for all AMS Students.
7. SEAL Points will be awarded for all participants.
8.The following are the people renting bikes & your bike serial number :
If you wish to rent a bike but your name is not there, or if you do not wish to rent a bike but your name is there, please inform me at 81124195 ASAP.
Please note, if your name is still here by Fri Night, it means you have confirmed your bike booking. You will need to pay even if you do not attend.

10. Sleepover
We can arrange for classrooms for you guys to sleepover if you think you cannot wake up that early. Please inform Hazirah at 97425810 if you wish to sleepover.Living conditions would be similar to AMS Freshmen Orientation Camp. No meals provided though.
