Please refer to the attached file (TPOH_Deployment_Forstudents.xls) for the manpower deployment. (in ur email, dun have tell me)
You can also come to the clubroom to check the list pasted outside. If there are any changes (with valid reason only) to be made, please inform the main comm on duty in the clubroom one day in advance.
Also take note of the following details:
Reporting Time: Shift 1 - 9.30amShift 2: 12noon
Please be on time, there will be a short briefing before each shift.
Attire: AMS Course Tee + Jeans + Covered Shoes
LOA will be given from 0900h - 1600h (Shift 1) and 1200h - 1900h (Shift 2).
Lunch and light refreshments will be provided.
All AMS lectures and tutorials will be cancelled w.e.f Fri, 8 Jan 2010 till Fri, 15 Jan 2010.

National vertical marathon is open for registration. its the early bird week,so those who r interested pls sign up asap. we can sign up either online or send in cheque to the place. guess everyone will be doing it online,maybe we can register on this thurs or fri? :)
